Available Locum Tenen Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Jobs and Positions

One locum tenens CRNA is needed to staff mid-size hospital ASAP-9/24 or longer. Credentialing can take a few weeks, depending upon length of history.

The caseload is mostly B&B and/or ortho with some cardio, neuro, hernias, GI, DNCs, Hystos, and once in awhile AAA. Anesthesia techs prep and clean up. This is a supervised practice but the MDs will give latitude once they are comfortable with your skills. The pace is relaxed with significant time between cases, and you will be working with a very friendly staff. No call or OT.

A Pennsylvania RN license can be obtained in approximately 7-10 business days and costs only $135. Your active CRNA certification satisfies the requirements to work in Pennsylvania. You can find out more from the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing: www.dos.state.pa.us/nurse

This client prefers a CRNA within driving distance but location is not a deal breaker. Compensation is $103/hr., $25 per diem, travel and lodging (Air fare and rental car must have prior approval).

This group is looking for team spirited CRNAs that are comfortable in bigger cases, have fewer limitations and have had exposure to electronic charting. This is a supervised setting that employs a team approach to the patient.

Scheduling is flexible with 10's and 12's and there is plenty of OT!!
