Here’s How it Works:
- Submit an application and pay an annual credentialing fee of $150.
- Request coverage for the days you will moonlight.
- Coverage is $50/day for CRNAs and $175/day for Anesthesiologists.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted
- Generally 36 hours for credentialing
