Livia joined Nationwide Anesthesia in 2026, bringing more than seven years of experience working closely with anesthesia providers and hospital leadership throughout Massachusetts. Prior to joining Nationwide, she worked in healthcare operations, managing provider scheduling, recruitment, contracts, compensation, and other day-to-day operational needs.
Having spent years working alongside CRNAs and anesthesiologists, Livia understands the realities providers face—from demanding schedules and call expectations to contract terms, compensation, and finding the right work-life balance. Her experience gives her a unique perspective as a recruiter, allowing her to understand both what a facility needs and what matters most to the provider accepting the position.
Livia takes a relationship focused approach to recruiting, getting to know each provider and what matters most to them while helping connect them with locum tenens or permanent opportunities that align with their goals.
Livia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Suffolk University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young children, a son and a daughter, plus their two dogs, as well as traveling and exploring New England.
